The Model Cottage

Step inside and take a tour! Bonneville Homes will be unveiling their exclusive new design at the Spring show this year. A contemporary blend of simplicity and efficiency, this 1172 sq ft home has a smaller footprint while still maintaining an impressive range of amenities, including a rooftop patio!

Bonneville’s Natur series was introduced to the market over five years ago with a simple promise: to make natural elements and rich wood accents an integral part of the design for a warm, contemporary look and feel. Trees, mountains, streams and more are all part of Natur’s overall experience focusing on personal wellness and everyday escape. And Natur-Éco has been developed specifically to deliver this same relaxing and restorative atmosphere.

Knowing that today’s consumers are increasingly concerned about the impact of their lifestyle choices on the environment, Bonneville has endowed Natur-Éco with a number of distinctively green amenities that are bound to make it stand out in its category. Sustainable materials make up the bulk of the construction, including cellulose fibre insulation (manufactured from recycled newspapers), SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative)-certified wood cladding and low-flow water fixtures. And the optional solar panels can supply part or all of the home’s energy needs for the ultimate in efficiency and performance.

But the “eco” in Natur-Éco also stands for economical, as everything has been carefully chosen to make this the most affordable home in the Natur series – without compromising one iota on Bonneville’s stringent design, quality and construction standards. And Natur-Éco also saves on space to deliver maximum comfort with a minimal carbon footprint. Adaptable to suit a wide range of needs, Natur-Éco is a budget- and planet-friendly choice par excellence.

Natur-Eco’s total living space comes to 1,172 square feet (30’ x 35’/ 40’), which can be resized to accommodate homeowners’ requirements. The single-storey design, including two bedrooms and a full bathroom, can be modified to incorporate a garden level. Upon crossing the threshold, you will be struck by the panoramic view afforded by the common living areas, which boast structural beams and natural wood ceilings over 10 feet high. The impressive floor-to-ceiling windows extend over 50 linear feet. Outdoors, the natural colour palette blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment. And the pièce de résistance is a stunning rooftop deck, which is sure to be the envy of everyone you know!
