Hall 5 | The Cottage Kitchen brings you tasty outdoor entertaining ideas with ongoing cooking demonstrations and free samples. Our own Jane Rodmell will be creating a beautiful make-ahead breakfast strata directly from the pages of Cottage Life magazine. Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry presents Chef Ted Reader who will be demonstrating how to cook your catch in a variety of tasty recipes. Broil King Chef Naz Cavallaro will share his grilling tips so you can get the most out of those mysterious BBQ accessories. On Sunday, don’t miss food expert Pay Chen’s presentation about delicious and versatile Adam’s 100% Natural Peanut Butter.
And Tony Armstrong, from Headwaters Community Farm & Learning Centre, demonstrates how rewarding it can be to grow and cook with fresh-grown greens and herbs. If you get there in time, you’ll be given a little pot of your own to enjoy, compliments of Bonnie Plants.
